Dr. Sabrina J. Ellis serves as host for the Helpmeets’ Sessions of the Joint College of Bishops.  Dr. Ellis organizes and facilitates the workshops for women who are married to men of God who have become bishops or overseers in the Body of Christ.  Because the elevation of the man of God significantly impacts the life of his spouse in ways she may not be able to express openly, a place of refuge is necessary.  The Helpmeets’ Sessions provide a safe place to discuss opportunities for growing along with our spouses.  Guest presenters provide information and guidance for a balanced life while serving in ministry.  How to maintain a healthy family life is always the underlying theme for Helpmeets.  In addition, emotional, physical and spiritual health topics are addressed in an effort to achieve the necessary balance for effective ministry in our homes and in our ministries.
